Pues si James, sería muy interesante saber los tiempos de Gregorio, nos pude dar una idea del nivel de la moto y piloto respecto a los del Mundial.

Por cierto que tiempazo de Baylis, ha dejado a su compañero a 2 segundos..... y eso no es tema de moto eso es el piloto.

Y por lo que se ve se confirma la NO participación de XAUS :angry:

Hola a todos.

- Sin Suzuki, ni Haga la moto a batir es la Ducati (oficial).

- Honda sin Vermuelen lo va a pasar mal este año.

- Yamaha sin Haga no cuenta.

- Las Ducati no oficiales no cuentan.

- Los nuevos de Motogp no dan miedo. (Bayliss no lo considero nuevo de Motogp, Rolfo si). Por lo tanto aquella expectación creada por la llegada de pilotos de Motogp es a mi modo de ver FICTICIA. Sólo Bayliss hará un buen papel. Ni Rolfo ni Xaus ni Battaini ni posiblemente Barros destacarán. Curiosamente sólo Bayliss de entre ellos llevará moto oficial 100 %. (El equipo Klaffi no es para mi el mejor de Honda. Ese honor corresponde a Ten Kate.)

Hombre, Alex, tu tocayo Barros, como mínimo se merece el beneficio de la duda, cuando aún ni se ha subido a su moto ¿no?  : Vale que las Honda de Klaffi no son las de Ten Kate, cierto, pero con esas motos el año pasado Neukichner (o como se escriba) hizo algunas actuaciones muy buenas, así que habrá que ver. Y respecto a Rolfo, Xaus, etc pues habrá que darles algo más de tiempo. Creo que los que apuntan al campeonato son los dos Troy´s, los australianos, el de la Ducati Xerox nº 21 y el de la Suzuki Corona nº1 para más señas  :D pero al menos demosle un voto de confianza a los demás por el momento. Es que esre muy "duro" tú, ehhh...  :

Por cierto, que creo que no se comentó por aquí: Las R1 de Yamaha Motor Italia, usease las amotos de Haga y Pitt irán patrocinadas por una empresa italiana filial del Grupo Santander (sí, el BSCH) español. Curioso, ¿norl? Leyendo la noticia se entiende mejor. Aquí la dejo clavá:

En la pagina oficial del Team AIRWAVES DUCATI dan como mejores tiempos del test de Valencia un 1 34'6 para Haslam y un 1 35 para Gregorio, lo que supone quedar segundo y tercero detras de Bayliss...No esta nada mal, aunque estos dos van con Dunlop...y se supone que son mejores que los Pirelli...

Airwaves Ducati Complete first round of testing in Valencia

Gregorio Lavilla and Leon Haslam have completed the first of four tests on their new Ducati 999 F’06 machines in Valencia.  

The sun was shining over the Spanish track as the two Airwaves Ducati riders rode their 2006 bikes for the first time. Now riding the same bikes as the factory backed WSB Ducati team, Airwaves Ducati have been testing alongside their world counterparts as they complete their last round of testing before the WSB season commences.

The first day in Valencia allowed both riders to familiarise themselves with their new bikes and the team understood that there was a lot to learn about the new technology. Having come off on the first day Leon Haslam had an exceptional second day of testing and pushed his bike to a 1m 34.6 second lap, only two hundredths of a second behind WSB Ducati rider Troy Bayliss. Gregorio had a consistent couple of days clocking 1m 35 second laps regularly over the 120 laps that each of the riders completed during the two days, more than they have ever completed in a Spanish test.


Both riders were delighted with their new machines and are looking ahead to the three further tests and ultimately the start of the Bennetts BSB season where both riders are sure to be major contenders for the title.  

Team Manager Colin Wright commented “The team is really happy with the way the last couple of days have gone here in Valencia, we have learnt plenty about the bikes and Greg, Leon and the team as a whole are pleased with the Ducati 999 F’06. Clocking times that are so close to Troy Bayliss in what is his last test and our first is very promising for the team.”

The next Airwaves Ducati test will begin on 18th February at Kyalami in South Africa.

Pues si que tiene presupuesto el equipo Airwaves, no?

Partiendo de la base que el BSB es un campeonato Nacional, lo de venir a entrenar a Cheste ya es una excepción (me imagino que será por que allí no para de llover en esta época), pero lo de pirarse a la otra punta del globo, en Sudáfrica, ya me parece una machada

Os imaginais que los equipos del CEV se fuesen a entrenar a Philip Island, Qatar, etc...?

Tambien hay que comprender que los presupuestos que se mueven en el CEV no se acercan ni por asomo a los del BSBK, y ya ni que decir de los del AMA.

Un piloto puntero del BSBK gana tanto como un puntero del Mundial de SBK y en el AMA ya es una pasada los presupuestos que se mueven, Mladin gana más que muchos de los pilotos Motogp.
