   Ni un comentarios de estas carreras?.... Yo pensaba que este foro era de gente que de verdad les gustaban las carreras de moto y resulta que mucho criticar motogp y del Britanico que es una PASADA naaaa

La verdad es que tienes razón Gali, el british lo tiene todo: pilotos de nivel, igualdad mecánica, No control de tracción, circuitos impresionantes, y un organizador que busca el espectáculo y lo hace bien, y ni un comentario...

Por mi parte decir que Byrne y Brokes están igualadísimos, la cosa puede caer al final del lado de cualquiera y esto tiene pinta de final apretadísimo como el del año pasado entre Hill y Hopkins. Lowes vaya adelantamiento final  lástima que esté un poco descolgado en la general, y Hill... que pena lo de Assen, se le ha j+did+ una temporada que parecía tener controlada. Por otro lado Bridewell cada vez parece más cerca de pelear por el podium.

El lado de las decepciones: Lowry, que tuvo un inicio de temporada muy prometedor, Seeley que llegó de SS muy fuerte pero le duró 2 o 3 carreras, y sobre todo Scassa y Haga, que en ningún momento han estado al nivel que se espera de ellos. Y de marcas Aprilia, pues con buenos pilotos como Aitchison, Smrz o John Laverty no están al nivel de las demás.

Me sorprende Hill, que después de hacerlo tan bien durante toda la "temporada regular", haya empezado a fallar ahora en el momento clave, uséase en el Showdown. No entiendo muy bien qué es lo que le está pasando. Para mí era el claro favorito para repetir título y sin embargo se va a quedar sin él. Sorprendente

"After the problems that we had this weekend what with Shakey crashing on Friday and then missing this morning's warm up due to a misfire, to come away leading the championship is brilliant,” said team owner Paul Bird.

“That's a win and three second places in the Showdown for Shakey and going into the next round at his home track at Brands Hatch he is feeling very confident. Fair play to Alex Lowes, he rode absolutely fantastically and it's certainly going to be a three way battle for the title.”

Whatever happens to Byrne at Brands Hatch, however, Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki is nonetheless already celebrating a title as Farmer secured the SSTK 1000 crown with one round in hand.

“I'm absolutely delighted for Keith Farmer as he's done a fantastic job for us this season although we didn't want to win the title through someone else's misfortune, so commiserations to Jason O'Halloran.”





"We definitely want to go to Brands Hatch and turn things around. It is gutting how the Showdown has been but that is how racing goes sometimes,” he said. “We have to aim for the triple win as if we do that there is nothing more we can do.

I can't think about the championship, I just need to try and win all three races and then anything can still happen. If it does then I need to be in a position to pick up the pieces.

“This is my job and throughout my career I have had ups and downs, possibly more than most, but the instinct is to fight back and we want to end the season on top with wins. I have come back before and we need to do it again now."




"I think that nobody expected me to be winning the championship this season and because of that I have been able to enjoy it and take each race as it comes,” he said. “All six of us want to win as much as each other and it comes down to these races so we will put everything out there.

“I need to ride like I have been at the last few rounds and then that might give me the chance to move up the order or even be British champion. I have nothing to lose so I want to go out and have a good fight with the boys for the wins."
